The Gift that Keeps On Giving

We invest daily in Farmers’ success, including getting key information and news in front of them in a variety of ways. Farmers who work with Barn2Door have access to a Learn Center full of how-to videos, blogs, best practices, resources and more. We host webinars on running Facebook Ads, reaching new customers, and best practices for shipping food online (to name a few!). We offer quick access to our Support team through forms and email, and Barn2Door Farmers have a dedicated Account Manager, akin to a Go-to-Market Coach. Because we work with so many Farmers, we watch data and track market trends, then communicate best practices, tips and ideas back to our Farmers.

We are excited for yet another way to quickly get valuable information in front of Farmers using Barn2Door, in the most convenient place you can imagine!

Read on and watch the short video below from Patrick, a Customer Support team member, to discover why the new split log-in screen is our gift to you --- and how it will keep on giving!

If you’ve logged into your Barn2Door account recently, you may have noticed a change to the login page. The split screen log-in page is part of a daily or weekly routing for our Farmers. Where better to post product updates, news and resources? Thanks to our rockstar, in-house engineers who helped ‘split the login screen,’ our marketing and support teams can now tee up great content, how-to videos, announce new features and keep you, our Farmers, up to date!

So, what should you keep an eye out for on the split screen in 2020? Each week, we’ll update the split screen to reflect the newest happenings: product features, upcoming events and recently published resources. In just a few seconds, Farmers can skim to see if there is a video, blog or tidbit that may be interesting or helpful.

We recently launched our new shipping integration, and our split screen showcased how-to set it up, as well as providing links to blog posts on Store Banners, Store Credits and our new partnership with the Farmer Veteran Coalition. We are excited to continue sharing weekly ‘gifts’ (or even gifs or giphys?) showcasing great resources, news and ideas weekly in 2020!
