The sync button in Barn2Door pushes the Customer list to Mailchimp. Any changes in the Contacts and ‘Groups’ tabs on Barn2Door (in the Customer tab) will sync automatically with Mailchimp.

When Farmers sync their Barn2Door store with Mailchimp it will automatically associate the store features, including existing ‘Live’ & ‘Paused’ items, store credits, and promotions with their Mailchimp account. New inventory items that have been added and posted in Barn2Door will appear automatically in Mailchimp. Also, deleting or pausing any items in your Barn2Door store will automatically hide them in Mailchimp.
Note: inventory items, store credits, and promos can be added to email campaigns for tracking.

Clicking a link, image, or button in a Mailchimp email (regardless if someone makes a purchase) will all be tracked through Mailchimp’s platform.

Disconnecting the ‘e-commerce store’ in Mailchimp will delete all data, including campaign information, conversions, inventory, promo codes, and order history. Re-connecting Mailchimp and Barn2Door will resync all of your Farm store information, but campaign information, conversions, and order history cannot be restored.
